Ring in your holidays with this fun and tasty cheesemaking & tapas class co-hosted by The Art of Cheese and Spanish Sunday.  First you’ll learn all about the basics of cheesemaking and how to make a couple of simple yet delicious cheeses from Kate Johnson of The Art of Cheese.  Then Denise Milligan from Spanish Sunday will teach you some wonderful recipes for making these cheeses into Spanish tapas (small plates) and will pair them with some perfect Spanish wines for a fabulous, festive evening.  You’ll have plenty of hands-on fun and will leave with lots of recipes and ideas for hosting your own delicious holiday tapas parties!
