Come join us for one, two or all three days over Valentine’s Day weekend for this three-day romantic culinary adventure!

Day One:  Cheesemaking Basics plus lunch at Cheese Importers and a tour of the new Haystack Mountain Creamery.   $135

Day Two:  Mozzarella, Ricotta & Burrata Cheesemaking class in the morning, group-created gourmet lunch, and Winemaking class by Pamela Zorn of Denver’s Wine & Whey in the afternoon followed by cheese-inspired desserts and wine pairing. $145

Day Three:  Intro to Hard Cheeses Cheesemaking class in morning, catered lunch and a gourmet chocolate making class by Miche Bacher or Mali b Sweets in the afternoon. $145
