Join us for class one of this three-part series (come to one or all three!) where we’ll be starting with some soft and fresh cheeses. For beginner cheesemakers this is a great place to start because you won’t need a lot of fancy equipment or special ingredients to make several delicious cheeses. We’ll cover Chevre, Cottage Cheese and Cream Cheese which are quick and easy and oh so delicious! We’ll tell you how to make good milk selections and cover all the basics of the art and science of cheesemaking. We’ll sample some freshly made cheeses with a nice glass of wine and you’ll go home with some tasty samples.
