Join us on the farm where it all began to enjoy The Goat Experience! Learn the basic art and science of how milk becomes cheese and then see how easy it is to make Chevre – the classic soft goat cheese. Taste some delicious samples and then make you own custom-flavored log of cheese to enjoy while you’re here or take home with you.
After we’re done with the cheesemaking part of your experience, it’s time to play with the baby goats and visit with the wonderful mamas who provide this amazing milk. You’ll get a tour of our farm, check out our cozy milkhouse, meet our cool guardian llama, and then interact with the bouncy, adorable babies.
This class will be taught outdoors as much as possible, weather permitting. When outdoors, we will ask you to socially distance between other guests but masks will not be required unless recommended by Boulder County Public Health. You will have access to an indoor restroom and washing facility and if needed due to weather, part of the class may happen indoors. If so, masks may be required while inside.
Cheesemaking supplies and other farm-related items will be available for purchase in our classroom gift shop at the end of class.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Due to the high popularity of our classes, we often have a waitlist. Please give us as much notice as possible if you are not going to be able to attend so that we can try to fill your spot.
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the class time will receive a full refund
- Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will only receive a refund if we can fill your spot.
Thanks! We look forward to seeing you!
