Here’s a fun cheesemaking class just for kids while they’re out on Thanksgiving break! We’ll get very hands-on with our 30 minute mozzarella recipe and finish off our homemade cheeses as string cheese and pizza cheese (with italian spices and warm pizza sauce for dunking).
