This class will cover several easy and quick cheeses, including Chevre (soft goat cheese), Fromage Blanc (a milder version of soft cheese made with cow’s milk), Cream Cheese and Cottage Cheese. We will discuss how to source the best milks for these and other cheeses, and you will learn how easy it is to make these in your own home! These are great starter cheeses because they are quick and easy and require relatively easy-to-find ingredients and minimal equipment. As a special bonus, we’ll also cover several Feta recipes.
