We’ll talk about how to source the best milk, two different techniques used to make this cheese, and then you’ll get to make your own custom-flavored chevre log to take home with you. Next, we’ll make some Feta cheese which you’ll get to sample fresh and then make your very own container of Tomato-Garlic-Basil marinated feta to take with you. At the end of class you’ll get to enjoy a delicious chocolaty-cheesy dessert!
