We’ll talk about how to source the best milk, two different techniques used to make this cheese, and then you’ll get to make your own custom-flavored chevre log to take home with you. Next, we’ll make some Artisan Ricotta cheese which you’ll get to sample fresh several delicious ways. At the end of class you’ll get to enjoy a delicious chocolaty-cheesy dessert!
