What a fun and tasty way to spend your afternoon! First, you’ll learn how to make Chevre – a delicious and easy goat cheese. We’ll talk about how to source the best milk, two different techniques used to make this cheese, and then you’ll get to make your own custom-flavored chevre log to take home with you. Next, we’ll make some Feta cheese which you’ll get to sample fresh and then make your very own container of Tomato-Garlic-Basil marinated feta to take with you. We’ll even sample some of these cheeses with a perfectly paired glass of wine, along with a chocolaty-cheesy dessert!
