What a fun and tasty way to spend your afternoon! First, you’ll learn how to make Chevre – a delicious and easy goat cheese – and Fromage Blanc, Chevre’s milder companion. We’ll talk about how to source the best milk, two different techniques used to make this cheese, and then you’ll get to make your own custom-flavored chevre log to take home with you. Next, we’ll make some Feta cheese which you’ll get to sample fresh and then make your very own container of Tomato-Garlic-Basil marinated feta to take with you. At the end of class you’ll get to enjoy a delicious chocolaty-cheesy dessert!
When we’re all done making cheese, you’ll get a tour of our dairy goat farm and a chance to meet our friendly goats!
