Join Denise Milligan from Spanish Sunday as she teaches you how to make one of the most popular Spanish cheeses – Manchego! This is a wonderful hard cheese traditionally made with Sheep’s milk, although versions of it can be made with cow’s milk, goat’s milk or a blend of milks. We’ll even fill you in on where you can source quality Sheep and Goat milk in the area. Denise has lived and traveled extensively throughout Spain and is our resident expert at Spanish cheeses. She’ll share some of her other prized recipes as well and you’ll get to sample some wonderful cheeses along with a perfectly paired glass of wine at the end of class.
