We will start by making a delicious Italian hard cheese that uses simple ingredients and minimal equipment and only needs to age for 3 weeks. Then we’ll sample several varieties of this versatile cheese along with some fabulous locally made Viewpoint Wines. As a bonus, you will learn how to age cheeses, wax a cheese wheel and find out how to make a cheese press for free!
