Join us for this fun and tasty evening cheesemaking/cooking class! You’ll learn how to make two simple cheeses that are quick and easy to prepare with fresh or grocery store milks and creams. We’ll start by making Chevre (the classic soft goat cheese) as well as Mascarpone (a decadent rich dessert cheese) which can be ready to eat within 24 hours or so. Then we’ll turn these two cheeses into several delicious desserts including:
- Mascarpone Stuffed Dates
- Pumpkin Spice Chevre
- Chocolate Chevre Truffles
You’ll get to taste-test them while in class and take home the recipes so you can wow your holiday guests!

CANCELLATION POLICY: Due to the high popularity of our classes, we often have a wait list. Please give us as much notice as possible if you are not going to be able to attend so that we can try to fill your spot.
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the class time will receive a full refund
- Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will only receive a refund if we can fill your spot.
