Description
Join us for this festive, educational and tasty happy hour at Briar Gate Farm! You’ll get to enjoy some delicious cheeses as our own Certified Cheese Professional and Cheesemonger, Kelly Liebrock, guides you through the process used to make each one. You’ll taste something old, something new, something brie and something blue and you can pair them with your own BYOB libation! And while you’re tasting these different cheeses, you’ll also be learning how to make your own fresh artisan ricotta which you can enjoy as a dessert cheese at the end of the cheesemaking portion of this class.
Then, to celebrate spring kidding season, you’ll get to go out to our barnyard and interact with our friendly herd of Nubian dairy goats, including the new spring babies! They are super friendly and you’ll get some great snuggles and photo ops in.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Due to the high popularity of our classes, we often have a wait list. Please give us as much notice as possible if you are not going to be able to attend so that we can try to fill your spot.
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the class time will receive a full refund
- Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will only receive a refund if we can fill your spot.
- For parties of more than 2, only two of the registrations will be refunded unless the remaining seats can be filled.
