Join us for this festive, educational and tasty happy hour at Briar Gate Farm! You’ll get to enjoy some delicious cheeses as our own Certified Cheese Professional and Cheesemonger, Kelly Liebrock, guides you through the process used to make each one. You’ll taste something old, something new, something brie and something blue and you can pair them with your own BYOB libation!
Then, to celebrate spring kidding season, at the end of the tasting portion of this event, you’ll get to go out to our barnyard and interact with our friendly herd of Nubian dairy goats, including the new spring babies! It might even be bottle feeding time while you’re there if you’re lucky but at the very least, you’ll get some great snuggles and photo ops in.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Due to the high popularity of our classes, we often have a wait list. Please give us as much notice as possible if you are not going to be able to attend so that we can try to fill your spot.
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the class time will receive a full refund
- Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will only receive a refund if we can fill your spot.
- For parties of more than 2, only two of the registrations will be refunded unless the remaining seats can be filled.
