Save $17 by signing up for all 3 of the Gold-level class at the same time: Cheddars, Alpine, and Blue-Veined. Pay for your Gold group now and then sign up for the classes when they fit your schedule (just choose the “check” payment option when you register and write “Gold package” in the comments section).
