Day Two: Mozzarella, Ricotta & Burrata Cheesemaking class in the morning, group-created gourmet lunch, and Winemaking class by Pamela Zorn of Denver’s Wine & Whey in the afternoon followed by cheese-inspired desserts and wine pairing.
Day Three: Intro to Hard Cheeses Cheesemaking class in morning, catered lunch and a gourmet chocolate making class by Miche Bacher or Mali b Sweets in the afternoon.
