On Day Three we’ll cover our Intro to Hard Cheeses Cheesemaking class in morning where you’ll get hands-on participation in making a delicious Italian Hard Cheese we call “Guido’s Cheese”.  The enjoy a catered lunch and a gourmet chocolate making class by Miche Bacher or Mali b Sweets in the afternoon.
