Join us at Sky Pilot Farm on Airport Rd. in Longmont for this festive Farm-to-Table Dinner along with a 4th of July celebration!
The Art of Cheese, Briar Gate Farm and Sky Pilot Farm are teaming up to bring you this farm-fresh, locally sourced dinner lovingly prepared by our good friends at Sauvage Colorado Cuisine. In addition to a delicious dinner, we’ll also have lots of cute baby animals to visit with, activities for the kids, and you’ll have front row seats to watch the Boulder County Fireworks show from the farm!
5:30 Watch Kate from The Art of Cheese create homemade farm-fresh mozzarella right before your eyes which you’ll get to enjoy Caprese-style with locally sourced tomatoes, basil and bread.
7:00 Dinner will be served buffet-style (BYOB). The menu will include farm-fresh lamb and beef burgers, lamb brats, a vegetarian burger option, several farm-fresh sides and tres leches cake for dessert.
9:30 Pull up a lawn chair or blanket and watch the Boulder County Fireworks right from the farm!
Seating will be casual so please bring your own lawn chairs and/or a picnic blanket.

This is crucial for your child’s health and well-being, for the safety of our animals, and to ensure our ability to host similar events in the future. Please bring an extra caretaker with you if you are not able to commit to 100% supervision.
