Join us on Valentine’s Day for a special cheesemaking class. Certified Cheese Professional, Kelly Liebrock, will teach you how to make cheese with love from scratch. Coeuer a la Creme, or “heart with cream”, is a traditional French dessert made with a blend of soft cheeses and cream. Not only will you learn how to make luscious cheese from scratch, but you’ll also be able to decorate your cheese with sweet or savory toppings. Bring your partner, BFF, or other loved one to share a Coeur a la Creme. This is a BYOB class so feel free to bring your own special beverage and we’ll provide the stemware!
