Join us for one, two or all three days of cheesemaking and wine tasting and tours. We will spend each morning learning to make a variety of cheeses at our classroom at the new Haystack Mountain Cheese Creamery and then will visit 3 local wineries for afternoons filled with tours and cheese & wine pairings. Bring a light lunch to snack on between the morning and afternoon events, but save room for all the cheese tastings at the end of the day!
Day One: Chèvre, Ricotta, Feta & Queso Fresco in the morning; Stonebridge Farm Winery near Lyons in the afternoon
