Join us at the Hilo House on Reed’s Island in Hilo, Hawaii for this exciting culinary adventure in tropical paradise! We’ll cover beginner, intermediate and advanced level cheeses with some island twists and tropical ingredients to get you in the Aloha spirit. You’ll stay in this beautiful house which is a hidden jewel of the Big Island that was once home to Hawaiian royals. Situated on the Wailuku River, the Hilo House is only minutes from Hilo’s historic downtown and beaches. The cheesemaking course will take place right onsite.
Included in your registration fee are:
- The 3-day Cheesemaking Course which will result in your Gold-Level Artisan Cheesemaking Certification
- Six nights of luxury lodging at the Hilo House on Reed’s Island
- Wine & Cheese Reception on Feb. 27th

March 2 – Day off to relax and explore
March 3 – Day Three of Cheesemaking Course* – 9:00 am – 3:00 on with Dinner at 7:00 pm
March 4 – check out at 11:00 am
