Description
Join us at the Mountain Thunder Coffee Plantation in Kona, Hawaii for this exciting culinary adventure in tropical paradise! We’ll cover beginner, intermediate and advanced level cheeses with some island twists and tropical ingredients to get you in the Aloha spirit. The course will take place on the plantation but you will find your own lodging and transportation to the retreat center.
