Come to Day One only of this two-day bootcamp. We’ll cover the basics and make several quick and easy beginner cheeses. Attend just one day and you’ll receive your Bronze Level Certification. We’ll provide lunch with wine and dessert each day.
Day One (April 21): Beginner Cheeses 9:00 – 3:00
- Food Safety Overview
- Chevre, Fromage Blanc
- Feta: Dry Salted, Marinated and Brined
- Mozzarella, Ricotta & Burrata
We’ll end this day with a tour of Briar Gate Farm, a small local dairy goat farm.
