Description
Join The Art of Cheese & Rembrandt Yard for this entertaining and educational experience benefiting CHOW (Culinary Hospitality Outreach Wellness) whose mission is to support wellness within the hospitality industry and to improve the lives of our community through shared stories, skills, and resources!
Kate Johnson, founder of The Art of Cheese and author of Say Cheese! will teach you how to make Chevre & Fromage Blanc cheeses in an engaging and interactive presentation. While you’re learning the art and science behind cheesemaking, you’ll be sampling 4 different cheeses paired with wines selected to enhance each one.
Once the presentation is over, you can stick around and enjoy more cheese & wine, talk with Kate about your cheesemaking questions, and enjoy listening to a festive holiday string quartet from the Boulder Symphony!
Not only will you learn how to make cheese at home and enjoy sampling some delicious cheeses and wines with music, but a portion of your ticket price will go directly to CHOW as will a portion of any additional wine purchases you make that evening. Kate will also be on hand to sign her recently released cheesemaking book and a portion of each book sale will also benefit CHOW.
