Kate Johnson, founder of The Art of Cheese and author of Say Cheese! will teach you how to make Chevre & Fromage Blanc cheeses in an engaging and interactive presentation. While you’re learning the art and science behind cheesemaking, you’ll be sampling 4 different cheeses paired with wines selected to enhance each one. Not only will you learn how to make cheese at home and enjoy sampling some delicious cheeses and wines, but a portion of your ticket price will go directly to CHOW as will a portion of any additional wine purchases you make that evening. Kate will also be on hand to sign her recently released cheesemaking book and a portion of each book sale will also benefit CHOW.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Due to the high popularity of our classes, we often have a waitlist. Please give us as much notice as possible if you are not going to be able to attend so that we can try to fill your spot.
