Description
Join us for a fun afternoon on the farm where you’ll learn how quick and easy it is to make this amazing artisan ricotta with ingredients you probably already have in your home kitchen. We’ll make several batches of this cheese together from a variety of milks and you’ll get to sample it fresh and warm on some nice, crusty bread. Then we’ll turn some if it into an amazing chocolate ricotta mousse that is so easy and yet so delicious!
This is the last class of the year and might be the last class at Briar Gate Farm (we are in transition to a new location in 2026 – more info coming soon)! We’ll be doing a champagne toast to celebrate our years on the farm and to ring in the new year a little early!
At the end of class we’ll head out to the barnyard to visit with the sweet Nubian dairy goats who live on the farm.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Due to the high popularity of our classes, we often have a waitlist. Please give us as much notice as possible if you are not going to be able to attend so that we can try to fill your spot.
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the class time will receive a full refund
- Cancellations made with less than a 48 hour notice will only receive a refund if we can fill your spot.
