Learn how quick and easy it is to make this amazing artisan ricotta with ingredients you probably already have in your home kitchen. We’ll make several batches of this cheese together from a variety of milks and you’ll get to sample it fresh and warm on some nice, crusty bread. Then we’ll turn some if it into an amazing chocolate ricotta mousse that is so good, you may decide to serve to your guests over the holidays – Yum!
At the end of class we’ll head out to the barnyard to visit with the sweet Nubian dairy goats who live on the farm. A fun and tasty break from the holiday hustle and bustle or the perfect entertainment activity for your out of town guests!
CANCELLATION POLICY: Due to the high popularity of our classes, we often have a waitlist. Please give us as much notice as possible if you are not going to be able to attend so that we can try to fill your spot.
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the class time will receive a full refund
- Cancellations made with less than a 48 hour notice will only receive a refund if we can fill your spot.
