Weekend “Cheese” Warriors Part I: Chevre, Fromage Blanc, Cottage & Cream Cheese – 2:00 pm

April 8, 2018 @ 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm

$49.00

Join us for class one of this three-part series (come to one or all three!) where we’ll be starting with some quick & easy cheeses.  For beginner cheesemakers this is a great place to start because you won’t need a lot of fancy equipment or special ingredients to make several delicious cheeses.  We’ll cover Chevre, Fromage Blanc, Cottage & Cream Cheese.  We’ll sample some freshly made cheeses with a nice glass of wine and you’ll go home with some tasty samples.
