Begin this educational and interactive class in the barn classroom at our new location at the Dolly Mama Farmstead Creamery. Enjoy this hands-on cheesemaking experience with one of the country’s most popular cheeses – Mozzarella! Together we’ll make a big pot of “curd” which you’ll get to stretch and shape into your own individual ball of fresh, delicious homemade mozzarella to enjoy while you’re here or take home and eat later.

After we’re done with the cheesemaking part of your experience, it’s time to play with the baby goats and visit with the wonderful mamas who provide the amazing milk for the Dolly Mama’s Creamery, Boulder County’s newest professional cheesemaking facility (note: the creamery itself is on the second floor of the barn and the goats are up a slight hill, so this part of the tour is not wheelchair accessible).  You’ll also learn about how the whole operation is a regenerative farm which means that all the parts are working together to minimize waste and maximize the health of the land.

As a special bonus, once class is over, you’ll also receive a link to a recording of our On Demand class on MOZZARELLA & BURRATA (a $24 value).  This will serve as a nice review and an introduction to our online classes!
