Spanish Cheeses, Tapas & Beer at Ft. Collins Brewery! 5:30 pm

Join us at Fort Collins Brewery for a delicious evening of Cheesemaking, Tapas sampling and Beer pairing!

The evening will start with a Brewery tour at 5:30 pm and then we’ll demonstrate how to make a delicious Spanish Ricotta called Recuit, as well as an herbed chèvre.  You’ll get to sample these fresh cheeses with FCB beers chosen to pair nicely with each while you watch our awesome Spanish cooking teacher, Denise Milligan, make several easy and delicious Tapas (Spanish “small plates”) that will feature these cheeses as well as several others.

When the Tapas are ready, you’ll get to sample them along with more FCB beers as you mingle with other guests and visit our Cheesemaking Demonstration table where my Assistant, Becca Heins, will have several cheeses at a variety of stages and be on hand to talk about the ins and outs of home-cheese making.
