Mozzarella, Ricotta & Burrata at Viewpoint Wines – 4:00 pm

This class will be taught offsite at a very fun venue – Viewpoint Wines in Four Mile Canyon, Boulder! Learn how to make an easy and delicious 30 minute mozzarella recipe including both a microwave method and a hot water/whey bath method. Find out what milks work best for this recipe and why, and then watch as we stretch the curd to create (and then eat!) a deliciously fresh and flavorful warm mozzarella. We’ll also make a quick, delicious ricotta and then combine these two wonderful cheeses into an easy burrata – a tasty stuffed mozzarella treat!
Enjoy your finished cheese with some fabulous locally made wine as we also discuss wine and cheese pairing at this special class!
