Join Kate Johnson and Kelly Liebrock from The Art of Cheese as they show you how to make fresh mozzarella! They’ll walk you through all the steps from how to select the best milk for making this cheese, to what ingredients and equipment you’ll need (most of which you can get right here at the Kitchen Company) to heating and stretching the curd. And best of all, you’ll get to sample fresh, warm mozzarella at the end! You’ll leave with recipes and the knowledge to make your own mozzarella at home.
