Join us for an afternoon of hands-on fun learning cool and creative techniques to jazz up your cheeses.  You’ll learn how to add 3-dimensional designs to your pressed cheeses like the ones shown in our picture, make mini cheeses perfect for holiday and hostess gifts, and several packaging techniques to give your cheeses that extra special touch.

We’ll make an easy, mild and meltable cheese recipe that can be aged in a standard refrigerator and is ready in just 7 days. This recipe is suitable for beginners and experienced cheesemakers alike.  And with party and gift-giving season fast approaching, the techniques you learn in class can easily be used with any of your favorite pressed cheese recipes.
