In this session, we’ll learn how to make a cheese we affectionately call Guido’s – named after the cheesemaker who originally inspired our recipe. This is a nice Italian hard cheese that is a great place to begin your pressed and aged cheesemaking journey because it is relatively easy and doesn’t need to age for many months to be quite enjoyable. You’ll get to enjoy a hands-on process including waxing your own mini wheel of cheese to take home with you.
At the end of this session, we’ll head out to the barn to visit with the friendly Nubian Dairy goats!
As a special bonus, once class is over, you’ll also receive a link to the recordings of our On Demand class for this cheese. This will serve as a nice review and an introduction to our online classes!
CANCELLATION POLICY: Due to the high popularity of our classes, we often have a waitlist. Please give us as much notice as possible if you are not going to be able to attend so that we can try to fill your spot.
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the class time will receive a full refund
- Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will only receive a refund if we can fill your spot.
Thanks! We look forward to seeing you!
