Join Kate Johnson from The Art of Cheese for this fun, interactive cheesemaking class.  Kate will show you how to make a delicious, yet simple, Italian Hard cheese and will go over all of the important information for you to replicate it at home including:
  • How to select the best milk for your cheesemaking
  • The art and science behind how cheese is made
  • The key ingredients and equipment needed
  • Why this “hard” cheese is so easy to make
  • Step-by-step instruction on making (and aging) this cheese
At the end of the class, you’ll have some hands-on fun as you get a chance to wax your own mini wheel of this delicious cheese.  You will then take it home and age it (don’t worry – you can just use your home refrigerator) for about a month before opening it up to share with your friends and family in time for the holidays!
