Learn how to make and you’ll get to take your very own wheel of baby brie to age in time to eat at your holiday gatherings!  This category of mold-ripened cheeses are best known for their white, bloomy rind and soft creamy center. Although complex-flavored, they are relatively easy to make. We will go over Brie and Camembert, highlighting the similarities and differences and we’ll snack on a delicious Kahlua-Pecan Brie that is divine for holiday entertaining!
