Join us for this fun and tasty evening cheesemaking/cooking class!  You’ll learn how to make two simple cheeses that are quick and easy to prepare with fresh or grocery store milk.  We’ll start by making Chevre (the classic soft goat cheese) as well as Quark (a German yogurt-like cheese) which can be ready to eat within 24 hours or so.  Then we’ll turn these two cheeses into several delicious appetizers including:

• Queso de Cabra Torte – a cold Spanish layered treat
• Spundekase – a German smoky & garlicky spread
• Fried Goat Cheese – a delicious disc of panko-crusted chevre

You’ll get to taste-test them while in class and take home the recipes so you can wow your holiday guests!
