Join us at Fort Collins Brewery for this fun cheesemaking/beer pairing class! We teach you how to make several varieties of goat cheese and you’ll get to enjoy some cheese sampling along with some great FCB brews! We’ll even be bringing some baby goats from Briar Gate Farm to visit with at the end of class.
