Goat Cheese, Beer & Baby Goats in Ft. Collins! 6:00 pm

Join The Art of Cheese as we help Ft. Collins Brewery release their spring Maibock and DoppelBock beers that pair well with Goat Cheese!  In this fun class you’ll learn how to make several varieties of goat cheeses and enjoy sampling them along with some great beers.

As a special bonus, we’ll be bringing a couple of baby goats from Briar Gate Farm to visit with!

The class with beer is $35 or you can stay for a two-course dinner along with the class for $50.
