Join Kate Johnson from The Art of Cheese and Briar Gate Farm as we celebrate the end of this year’s Boulder County Fair by paying tribute to the goats!   She’ll teach you how to make a very simple and delicious soft goat cheese and then introduce you to several other varieties of cheeses made with goat milk that you may not be familiar with.   At the end of the presentation we’ll visit with some of the winners of the goat show outside behind the kitchen!
