Spend the day on the farm with us and learn how to make lots of delicious homemade cheeses!  We’ll start the morning with three easy cultured cheeses: Chevre, Fromage Blanc & Feta.  These are great beginner cheeses and will teach you the basic science behind how most cheeses are made.  You can enjoy several varieties of each of these cheeses with some fruit and crackers along with your own sack lunch that you bring with you.  After lunch you can visit with the goats while we set up for our afternoon class, the popular Mozzarella, Ricotta & Burrata.  In addition to all the cheese sampling during class, you’ll have some nice cheesy takaways at the end.

The cheesemaking portion of this class will be taught indoors while the goat visits will be outdoors or in our barn so please plan accordingly.

Cheesemaking supplies and other farm-related items will be available for purchase in our classroom gift shop at the end of class.
