Celebrate tomato and basil season at Tagawa Gardens in Centennial, CO for an educational and entertaining demonstration on how to make your own fresh mozzarella! We’ll start with several gallons of milk and you’ll watch as it’s magically transformed into delicious and delicate mozzarella in under an hour. At the end of class you’ll get to sample the freshly made cheese with Tagawa’s own in-house tomatoes and locally sourced basil for a farm-to-table treat.

You’ll leave with a recipe booklet containing step-by-step instructions and advice on equipment, the best milks to use, and where you can source cheesemaking supplies and ingredients. We’ll even have some kits available for purchase so you can go straight home and make your own wonderful cheese (cash, checks and credit cards accepted)!
