Join us as at the Kitchen Company in downtown Longmont as we teach you how to make a delicious and easy fresh ricotta cheese. We’ll walk you through the steps and ingredients needed to make some delicious ricotta appetizers and well as a chocolaty ricotta dessert, too. You’ll get to sample all the freshly made treats and go home with the recipes and know-how to make everything at home.
