FETA: DRY-SALTED, MARINATED & BRINED w/ Goat Farm Tour!

Join us for class where you’lll learn how to make a great beginner cheese, Feta.   For beginner cheesemakers this is a great place to start because you won’t need a lot of fancy equipment or special ingredients to make these. We’ll cover three different ways to make your Feta: Dry-Salted, Marinated and Brined. We’ll tell you how to make good milk selections and cover all the basics of the art and science of cheesemaking. We’ll sample some freshly made cheeses and you’ll leave with your own jar of marinated Feta that you can take with you.

At the end of class we’ll give you a brief tour of our dairy goat farm and you can meet our friendly goats!

As a special bonus, once class is over, you’ll also receive a link to a recording of our On Demand class on FETA.  This will serve as a nice review and an introduction to our online classes!

CANCELLATION POLICY: Due to the high popularity of our classes, we often have a waitlist.  Please give us as much notice as possible if you are not going to be able to attend so that we can try to fill your spot.

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the class time will receive a full refund
  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will only receive a refund if we can fill your spot.
