FARM-TO-TABLE Milking + Cheesemaking w/Goat Farm Tour! – 7:00 pm

This is your chance to help  milk a dairy goat with us and then turn that delicious milk into fresh homemade cheese!  Join us for this fun and educational class hosted by our own Certified Cheese Professional, Cheesemonger, and occasional Milkmaid, Kelly Liebrock,  as she introduces you to milking dairy goats and making your own cheese.

We’ll start in our milkhouse where you’ll get to help with the evening milking of our current mamas, and then you’ll go into on cozy classroom to turn that milk into fresh cheese.  At the end of the cheesemaking part of the class, you’ll have a chance to go back out to our barnyard and interact with the new spring babies!   You’ll get some great snuggles and photo ops of these friendly and adorable critters.

COVID-19 POLICY UPDATE:  Beginning March 1, 2022, in alignment with Boulder County Public Health recommendations as well as our own assessment of the ongoing risks associated with this virus, we have decided to drop our mask requirement at our In Person Classes.  We are going to continue to ask that only vaccinated students attend these classes, though, and students are welcome to continue wearing masks indoors if that is their preference.  Thank you for your continued support and cooperation in adhering to these policies.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Due to the high popularity of our classes, we often have a waitlist.  Please give us as much notice as possible if you are not going to be able to attend so that we can try to fill your spot.

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the class time will receive a full refund
  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will only receive a refund if we can fill your spot.
  • For parties of more than 2, only two of the registrations will be refunded unless the remaining seats can be filled.
