Join us as we celebrate the downtown Longmont Farmer’s market by incorporating some of their fresh ingredients into our homemade cheese. This class will be held at The Kitchen Company and we’ll teach you how to make a very simple pair of soft cheeses: Chevre & Fromage Blanc. We’ll then embellish them with some farm fresh ingredients you can pick up right outside at the Wednesday downtown Farmer’s market.
