Farm-to-Table Cheesemaking Bootcamp

Join us for one, two or three days of farmy fun and cheesemaking classes!  We’ll start each day on a different Longmont-based dairy farm where you’ll get a chance to milk some animals, learn about that species and interact with the spring babies!  Then we’ll go back to the cheesemaking classroom each afternoon and make some fabulous cheeses with that specific type of milk.

Day One: Dairy Goats at Briar Gate Farm; Chèvre, Blue Capricorn and Cabra al Vino cheesemaking class.

Day Two:  Dairy Sheep at Sky Pilot Farm; Sheep’s milk ricotta, Feta and Manchego cheesemaking class
