Farm-Fresh & Local Summer Cheese Boards + Quick & Easy Cheeses with Wine Pairing – 6:00 pm

Join Kelly Liebrock, Certified Cheese Professional, Cheesemonger and Art of Cheese Instructor as she teaches you how to make several quick and easy cheeses. You’ll learn how to make Chevre, Fromage Blanc & Ricotta and taste some freshly made examples on the spot. Then she’ll show you how to make beautiful and festive cheese boards using all locally produced items – from the cheeses themselves to the condiments and extras to embellish the board. Great for your summer entertaining. And best of all, you’ll get to feast on the delicious cheeses and sides with a nice glass of summer wine at the end of class!
