Join Kate Johnson from The Art of Cheese and Briar Gate Farm to learn how to make delicious Chevre from her farm fresh goat milk. Don’t have a goat? No worries – she’ll teach you how to source good goat milk locally. She’ll go over all the ingredients and equipment needed to make this simple yet delicious fresh cheese (most of which you can pick up while you’re here using your special 20% class discount) and you’ll get to taste a couple of different flavor varieties. And best of all, she’ll be bringing a couple of her baby goats to visit with at the end of class!
