An Evening with Three Cheesemakers – 6:30 pm

Join us for this delightful evening of cheese and wine pairings featuring artisan cheeses made by three local cheesemakers!  You’ll get to meet these Platinum Level Artisan Cheesemakers and hear about their trials and tribulations as they have perfected The Art of Cheese in their own kitchens.  This is a great chance for beginner or aspiring cheesemakers to gain some knowledge and inspiration from the successes and challenges that these three have experienced.  It’s an equally wonderful opportunity for experienced cheesemakers to gain some new insights and tips and to ask questions to help enhance their own craft.  These folks have gone well beyond the typical soft and hard cheeses and are mastering some pretty gourmet cheeses.  We’ll pair the cheese samples with some nice wines for a lovely and informative evening together.
